* If air arrangements are required, the airfare plus applicable taxes and booking fees must be paid in full at time of booking and the applicable airline cancellation fees will apply.

BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS :
*Deposits - $400.00 ($350.00 US) must be made at time of booking for all tours plus any applicable airfares must be paid in full at time of booking.
*Passenger's names must be exactly as shown on VALID passports
*Complete booking form with address, phone numbers, and the tour preferred
*Payments by Credit Card require cardholders signature on booking form
*Birth dates required for insurance purposes only
Final payments due September 2nd (Reservation may be cancelled and deposit forfeited if not on time)


EXTRA HOTEL NIGHTS may be requested for either before or after a tour begins or ends for an additional $250.00 per room per night including tax for Fri. & Sat. nights or $110.00 per room per night for all other nights.  Please indicate on the booking form if extra nights are desired. Space is limited for this feature and we suggest extra nights be requested at the same time as booking your tour.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
-$200.00 non refundable up to Sept. 2th, 2009 plus any airline cancellation fees
-50% non refundable - Sept. 3rd to Nov. 3rd 2009 plus any airline cancellation fees
-100% non refundable between Nov. 4th and departure date

OPTIONAL COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE COVERAGE: is available for all tours. Insurance coverage is strongly recommended to cover for cancellations for medical reasons and for excess medical coverage outside Canada. Premiums vary according to amounts covered for trip cancellation and ages of applicants. Please ask your travel consultant about this very important coverage.

Just Travel Inc. maintains no control over the personnel, equipment or operation of any supplier and assumes no responsibility for , and shall not be expected, asked ot required to pay for any financial loss, personal injury, property damage, other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity which you may experience either reason of (1) nonperformance by any supplier for whatever reason; (2) wrongful, careless, negligent or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any supplier or its employees or on the part of any other party under the control of Just Travel Inc; or (3) any defect, breakdown, or other failure of any aircraft, train, automobile, ship, accommodation, or other equipment or instrumentally owned, operated or otherwise used by a supplier. Other terms and conditions of your travel arrangements may be outlined in the supplier's brochure and your travel documents and you should read them carefully. Availability of refunds for unused travel reservations will vary with the type of reservations and the point at which reservations were not used. Please note that when you purchase travel services, your money immediately belongs to the supplier. In the event of any bankruptcy, you should seek refunds directly from your credit card company, the supplier, its bankruptcy trustee or the applicable provincial compensation fund, if any. Trip cancellation and trip interruption insurance is available at an additional cost to protect you from certain unexpected events. The terms of insurance coverage are controlled by the actual insurance policy issued. Please ask Just Travel Inc for information regarding such coverage. Just Travel Inc. will not be responsible for any person denied entry to other countries for lack of documentation or previous criminal records. Full cancellation penalties shall apply should this occur.
